The company GOTTI LUKS LTD is the owner of the website www.GOTTI.BG, representing an online store; (the “Site”); "User" is anyone who has downloaded the GOTTI.BG website on a computer; Goods / Goods” are the goods offered for purchase through the Site; "Order" is the request for the purchase of the selected Product / Goods under the conditions stipulated on the site regarding the method of delivery and payment by the User; "Services" are all actions carried out by the MERCHANT during and / or on the occasion of the offer, sale and delivery of the Goods from the Site.

Goods subject to sale

The object of sale is the Goods offered on the Site at the time of the User's purchase request. The catalog part of GOTTI.BG is available for viewing by everyone. Registration on the site enables the MERCHANT on the one hand to obtain reliable information about users who want to place an order. On the other hand, it gives users access to specific services (eg recipient list, order history, etc.)

The goods sold through the Site are described by type and quality in the same. The MERCHANT is not responsible for possible differences in the colors of the purchased Goods due to specifics in computer screens. The application for the purchase of the Product / Goods is taken as an express consent on the part of the User regarding the type and quality of the Product / Goods.

According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the goods received by the customer, due to the nature of the Internet trade, can be returned within 14 days of the purchase, without any explicit reasons, as long as the condition of the goods is the same as in the moment of its delivery from the store to the customer (including intact packaging).

Goods that do not meet the quality requirements specified on the Site are subject to complaints. Complaints regarding purchased and delivered Goods can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The refund for a purchased product is made after the MERCHANT accepts the shipment, after making sure of its integrity!

All product names, marks and symbols used on this site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. All prices on the site are in BGN with VAT included.

Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to view, order and receive the Goods from the Site according to the terms and conditions specified therein. The User has the right to be informed about the status of his Order. The user has the right to delivery of the requested Product / Goods to the specified delivery address, after confirmation by phone or e-mail by a GOTTI.BG operator.

The User is obliged to pay the price of his Order according to the method announced on the Site. Every user has the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 working days of receiving the goods, in case they have not been used except for a sample (functionality of the goods, size matching), the integrity of their packaging has not been damaged and preserved the commercial form (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods) in which it was received and the conditions under Article 55 of the PPE.

Rights and obligations of the Merchant

GOTTI.BG has the right at any time, without notifying the User, when the latter uses the Services in violation of these terms and conditions, as well as at the discretion of GOTTI.BG, to terminate, suspend or change the Services provided. GOTTI.BG is not responsible towards the Users and third parties for damages suffered and lost benefits that occurred as a result of the termination, suspension, modification or limitation of the Services, the deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of messages, materials or information transmitted , used, recorded or made available through GOTTI.BG.

GOTTI.BG is not responsible for damages caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the Services provided.
